A. K. Hangal: Avatar Kishan Hangal (1 February 1914 – 26 August 2012), popularly known as AK Hangal, was an Indian freedom fighter from 1929–1947 and was an actor from 1936–1965 and later Hindi language films from 1966 to 2005.
